A break.

I spent the last couple of days disconnected. I needed a break from technology, work, and life. I took some time off and headed east to Dry Falls/Sun Lakes State Park. I roamed, wandered, and roamed some more. I went down a trail, then took a left and made my own. It was quiet, desolate and refreshing. It reminded me not to take basic amenities for granted – like running water.

On the way home, I stopped by Sagelands Winery, in Yakima, for some wine tasting. As luck would have it, they were doing some barrel tasting, too.
